The Department of Health has published a Notice extending the period for input to be provided on these draft Regulations. A total of three months, from the original publication date, has been given. However, the Notice also states that the period is three months from 4 May 2022. Furthermore, there is a discrepancy regarding the Regulations that are open for comment. CAIA will clarify the matter, but please take it that those alongside are included in the list.
