Summary of Intent
The Department has republished these draft regulations due to a printing error. No changes are apparent compared to the document CAIA provided to interested members. The date for comments to be provided is thus extended.In order to establish and maintain a National Greenhouse Gas Inventory a single national reporting system is required. Data submitted as a part of compliance with these regulations will be used to inform policy and to meet South Africa’s international obligations.
