Section 30: Control of Incidents

CAIA, including members of its Work Group, recently held a further bilateral meeting with the Department regarding the interpretation of the Guideline to Section 30 of the Act. This follows the revision of the Guideline a number of years ago and concerns that members have raised. The Work Group was provided with outcomes along the way, bringing the work to a close.
