CAIA reviewed it along with the in-force Act and other primary and subordinate explosives-related legislation to identify any potential new impact on manufacturers of explosives. CAIA concluded that despite the use of words that could include the chemical industry – especially manufacturers of explosives - the use of the word “intent” limits the applicability of the provisions of the Bill.Your membership level does not allow you access to this content.
