CAIA is the custodian of Responsible Care® in South Africa and as such undertakes the task of promoting the responsible chemicals logistics management throughout their lifecycle. Logistics management is the governance of supply chain management functions that assists organisations to plan, manage and implement processes to handle, transport, store and secure chemical products. The Chemical Logistics Management Forum (CLMF) strives to provide a platform to meet these requirements. The role of the CLMF is described in the attached document. CAIA invites representatives from all member companies to participate.
