As a valued member (client) representative, interested party and/or stakeholder of the activities of the Chemical and Allied Industries’ Association, you are a part of one or more email databases to keep you informed of general and specific matters that are relevant to the activites of the Association of which you currently or will interact, or have interacted in the past. Direct interactions take the form of both email and telephonic communication in both a direct and generic manner.
As CAIA not only values your inputs but considers them critical to its work, it is reviewing its communication database to ensure that you are only communicated with regarding relevant information. Although CAIA does limit communications to relevant persons as far as possible, it has become necessary to ensure your consent for record purposes.
Should you be receiving, or in the future receive, communication(s) from CAIA that are unwanted, please do not hesitate to make CAIA aware that you should be removed from specific communication databases. Should such a request not be received, CAIA will record that the communication(s) being received from CAIA are of value, wanted and therefore consented to.
